The globe valve's linear plug-to-seat design enables precise flow throttling with high rangeability, making it the preferred choice over gate valves for applications requiring frequent partial-open operation. Stellite-overlaid disc and seat faces resist wire drawing erosion under high-velocity, high differential-pressure throttling conditions, ensuring sustained sealing performance over extended service life.
Pressure Seal & Bellows Sealed Options
For Class 900 and above high-pressure service, the pressure seal bonnet provides self-energized sealing under system pressure. For toxic, hazardous, or zero-fugitive emission applications, a bellows sealed stem design (ISO 15848 compliant) eliminates stem packing leakage risk, meeting the most demanding environmental and safety specifications in refinery and chemical plant procurement
