Face-to-face and flange dimensions are checked against ASME B16.10 and B16.5 before packing. Each valve gets a QC tag with model, size, class and inspector.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I use a gate valve to regulate flow?
No. A gate valve is made to run fully open or fully closed. Half open, the flow wears the wedge and seats and the valve vibrates. For throttling, use a globe valve such as our GB/T 12235 globe valve.
Which body material should I choose: WCB, CF8 or CF3M?
WCB carbon steel for non-corrosive water, oil, gas and steam. CF8 (cast 304) for general corrosion resistance. CF3M (cast 316L) for chlorides, seawater and chemical service.
Are your gate valves API certified?
They are designed and built to API 600 and pressure-tested per API 598. We do not hold an API Monogram licence.
What documents ship with the valve?
A product test report with the heat number of the body casting, chemical composition, mechanical properties and the pressure test results. We welcome third-party inspection (e.g. SGS or BV), arranged and paid for by the buyer.
What is the lead time?
Standard sizes ship in 15–20 days. Large sizes and special options may take longer; we confirm the delivery date with your quote.
