Quality & Material Authenticity
How do I verify the material is genuinely 316L / CF8M — not substituted?
Every heat of raw material arrives with an EN 10204 3.1 Material Test Certificate (MTC) issued by the mill.
What quality-control steps does every valve go through before shipment?
We run a four-gate QC system: IQC (incoming material) → IPQC (in-process machining) → FQC (assembly dimensional & visual) → OQC (final pressure & leakage test).
Customization & OEM/ODM
What customization and OEM/ODM services do you offer?
We support full OEM and ODM development. Customizable parameters include: body material (WCB, CF8/CF8M ,CF3M), trim material, end connections (ANSI/DIN/JIS flange, NPT/BSP thread, butt-weld), pressure class, bore size, seat type (PTFE/RPTFE soft-seal or metal-to-metal), actuator mounting (electric, pneumatic, hydraulic), and coating/painting. For branding: custom logo , private-label nameplate, and OEM packaging.
Can you supply actuated (electric or pneumatic) ball valves ready to install?
Yes. We supply complete actuated valve assemblies — electric (on/off or modulating), pneumatic (single- or double-acting), or gear-operated handwheel — fully assembled, wired, and function-tested before shipment
Lead Time & Delivery
What are your standard lead times, and can you expedite urgent project orders?
In-stock items ship within 5-7 business days; standard production orders 20-30 days; OEM/custom orders 40 days. For urgent requirements we offer priority production scheduling — please flag urgency at the RFQ stage. We maintain buffer stock of fast-moving SKUs (common DN/NPS sizes in CF8M and WCB) to support spot orders. Our 24-hour response commitment means delivery confirmation within one working day of order placement.
What trade terms (Incoterms) and shipping modes do you support?
We accept: EXW (Wenzhou factory), FOB Ningbo/Shanghai, CIF. Shipping modes: sea freight (FCL/LCL), air freight, express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS), and China-Europe rail for EU buyers. Our European office in Budapest, Hungary enables local logistics coordination for EU customers.
Warranty & After-Sales Support
What is your warranty policy ?
All BAUTU products carry a 12-month warranty from shipment against manufacturing defects.
Do you supply spare parts and support valves already in the field?
Yes. Our spare-parts program covers: soft seats (PTFE/RPTFE/Nylon), O-rings and gland packings (NBR, Viton, PTFE), stems, ball elements, body bolting, and actuator components — all cross-referenced to your order number and valve tag.
Ordering, MOQ & Commercial Terms
What is the minimum order quantity, and do you offer project pricing for large volumes?
Standard catalog items: MOQ 10 pieces. We provide project quotes for orders of 100 units or more.Distributors and engineering houses with recurring volume are eligible for a framework agreement including fixed pricing, priority lead-time slots, and a dedicated account manager.
What are your accepted payment terms?
Standard terms: 30% T/T deposit upon order confirmation; 70% T/T balance before shipment.
• Deposit (30%) — Payable upon order confirmation. Production scheduling begins once deposit is received.
• Balance (70%) — Payable against pre-shipment inspection report and proforma invoice. Balance must clear before container loading or freight forwarder pickup.

What information do you need to provide an accurate quote?
To issue an accurate quote within 24 hours, please provide:
1. Valve type (ball, gate, globe, check, butterfly)
2. Size (NPS / DN)
3. Pressure class (Class 150 / 300 / 600 or PN16 / PN40 etc.)
4. Body and trim material (or media + temperature for material recommendation)
