Before You Send Your RFQ
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No. We quote single valves as well as bulk orders.
How long is the lead time?
15–20 days for standard items held in stock. Lead time for custom or OEM orders is confirmed in the quotation.
What payment terms do you accept?
30% T/T deposit and 70% T/T before shipment, or L/C. We quote in USD, EUR or RMB.
Which Incoterms can you quote?
EXW Wenzhou, FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, or CIF to your port.
Can I send drawings or a datasheet?
Yes. Attach them to the form (PDF, Excel, Word, JPG or PNG, up to 8 MB) or email them to sales@bautu.com.
What documents ship with the valves?
A BAUTU Product Test Report (EN 10204 3.1-type) with heat number, chemical composition, mechanical properties and API 598 shell, seat and air test results. Third-party inspection is welcome, arranged by the buyer.
Can you supply valves with our brand?
Yes. OEM with your brand or nameplate from 100 pcs.
What warranty do you give?
12 months from shipment. Spare parts are supplied on request.
