Checked before packing

Face-to-face and flange dimensions are checked with calipers against GB/T 12221 and HG/T 20592 before packing. Each valve gets a QC tag with model, size, rating and inspector.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this valve manually operated, and can it be automated later?

Yes, it ships with a quarter-turn hand lever. An actuator can be added later with a bracket and coupling. If you plan to automate from the start, choose a high-platform valve with an ISO 5211 pad, such as our API 608 high-platform ball valve.

What is GB/T 12237?

It is the Chinese national standard for steel ball valves with flanged and welded ends. Our GB/T 12237 valves use GB/T 12221 face-to-face lengths and HG/T 20592 flanges, measured in DN sizes and PN ratings.

Which body material should I choose: WCB, CF8 or CF3M?

WCB carbon steel for non-corrosive water, oil and gas. CF8 (cast 304) for general corrosion resistance. CF3M (cast 316L) for chlorides, seawater and chemical service.

What temperature can the seat take?

Standard PTFE seats are rated −29 °C to +150 °C. RPTFE seats are available for service up to +180 °C. For hotter media, use our metal-seated ball valve.

What documents ship with the valve?

A product test report with the heat number of the body casting, chemical composition, mechanical properties and the pressure test results. We welcome third-party inspection (e.g. SGS or BV), arranged and paid for by the buyer.

What is the lead time?

Standard sizes ship in 15–20 days from stock. Special materials or options may take longer; we confirm the delivery date with your quote.
