Checked before packing

Face-to-face and flange dimensions are checked with calipers against the JIS drawing before packing. Each valve gets a QC tag with model, size, rating and inspector.

Pressure–temperature limits per JIS B2220 for the flange rating. The seat sets the temperature limit: +150 °C with PTFE, +180 °C with RPTFE.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is this valve interchangeable with Japanese-made JIS ball valves?

It is built to JIS B2011 with JIS flanges, so face-to-face length and flange drilling match JIS valves of the same size and rating. Send us the old valve's tag or drawing and we confirm before you order.

What do SCS13 and SCS16 mean?

They are Japanese cast stainless steel grades. SCS13 is close to CF8 (304) and SCS16 is close to CF3M (316L). Choose SCS16 for chlorides, seawater and chemical service.

Can I fit an actuator?

Yes. The top of the valve is an ISO 5211 mounting pad, so a pneumatic or electric actuator with the matching flange bolts on directly.

What temperature can the seat take?

Standard PTFE seats are rated −29 °C to +150 °C. RPTFE seats are available for service up to +180 °C. For hotter media, use our metal-seated ball valve.

What documents ship with the valve?

A product test report with the heat number of the body casting, chemical composition, mechanical properties and the pressure test results. We welcome third-party inspection (e.g. SGS or BV), arranged and paid for by the buyer.

What is the lead time?

Standard sizes ship in 15–20 days from stock. Special materials or options may take longer; we confirm the delivery date with your quote.
