2-Piece Female Threaded Ball Valve — 1000 WOG, SS304 / SS316
Compact two-piece floating ball valve with female (internal) threaded ends, PTFE seats and a stainless steel handle. Body, ball and stem in SS304 or SS316. Female BSPT threads as standard. Rated 1000 WOG, sizes ¼″ to 4″ (DN8 to DN100).

Frequently Asked Questions
What does 1000 WOG mean?
WOG stands for water, oil, gas. A 1000 WOG valve is rated for 1000 psi (about 69 bar) cold working pressure on those media. The allowed pressure falls as the temperature rises.
Which thread types can you supply?
Female BSPT (Rc) is standard on this valve; G (BSPP) and NPT threads are available on request. The thread is marked on the order confirmation.
What is the difference between SS304 and SS316?
SS316 contains molybdenum and resists chlorides, seawater and many chemicals better than SS304. SS304 suits water, air and general service.
Do you also make male-threaded and 3-piece versions?
Yes: our 2-piece male threaded ball valve and 3-piece threaded ball valve, which can be serviced without removing the end pieces from the line.
What documents ship with the valve?
A product test report and an EN 10204 3.1 material certificate for the lot. We welcome third-party inspection (e.g. SGS or BV), arranged and paid for by the buyer.
