The Q11F 2-piece threaded ball valve is a compact, economical
floating-ball valve for water, oil, gas/air, mild alkalis, acids,
biodiesel, fuels, and alcohols. It ensures tight zero-leakage
sealing and durability under frequent operation. Available in 11
sizes from DN8 to DN100 (1/4″–4″), with female (internal)
threaded ends, PTFE seats and seals, and full SS304 or SS316
wetted parts.

Compact 2-Piece Q11F Floating-Ball Body
The Q11F 2-piece design — a main body plus a screwed end cap with female threaded ends — keeps the valve compact and economical, ideal for high-volume OEM and small-bore process pipework. The floating ball is supported by the stem and presses against the downstream PTFE seat under line pressure for a tight seal. Note: unlike a 3-piece valve, the body cannot be swung out of the line for servicing — choose the 3-piece Q11F if in-line maintenance is required.
Full Stainless Wetted Parts + PTFE Seats
Every wetted component — body, ball, stem — is SS304 or SS316. PTFE seats and seals deliver bubble-tight zero leakage shut-off and broad chemical compatibility, suitable for water, fuels, biodiesel, alcohols, and mild acids / alkalis. A blow-out-proof stem and anti-static device add safety for flammable-media service. Eleven sizes cover DN8 to DN100.

What does "2PC" mean in a 2-piece threaded ball valve?
"2PC" refers to the two-piece body construction of the valve — the body is assembled from two separate machined pieces bolted together, with the ball and seats installed inside during assembly. This design is compact, lightweight, and cost-effective, making it the most widely used configuration for small-bore threaded ball valves. The two-piece body allows the valve internals to be accessed for inspection or seat replacement by disassembling the two halves, though the valve must be removed from the pipeline to do so.
What thread standards are available, and how do I specify NPT vs BSP?
Bautu's 2PC threaded ball valves are available in both NPT (National Pipe Thread) and BSP (British Standard Pipe) thread forms. NPT is the standard in North America — it uses a tapered thread that seals on the thread form itself with thread sealant (PTFE tape). BSP is standard in Europe, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East — available as BSPT (tapered, seals on thread) or BSPP (parallel, requires a sealing face or O-ring). When placing an order, always specify your required thread standard and pipe size (e.g. DN15 NPT ½" or DN25 BSPP 1") to ensure correct fitment.
