The Q11F 3-piece threaded ball valve allows easy cleaning,
maintenance, or repair without fully removing the valve from the
pipeline — the bolted centre body swings out while the
threaded end caps stay connected. Available in 11 sizes from
DN8 to DN100 (1/4″–4″), it is built in full SS304 (every part
except the handle), with PTFE seats for reliable performance in
general industrial water, oil, and gas service.

Full SS304 Construction + Floating-Ball PTFE Sealing
Every part except the handle is SS304 stainless steel. The Q11F floating ball is supported by the upper stem and shifts slightly under line pressure, pressing against the downstream PTFE seat to form a tight, bubble-tight seal. A blow-out-proof stem and anti-static device ensure durable, safe performance. The ISO 5211 pad allows fast field conversion to pneumatic or electric actuation.
